Masafumi Otsuka is the President and CEO of Manabi Limited, a global talent development firm specializing in leadership and cross-cultural training to enhance organizational performance and efficiency. With over fifteen years of experience, Masafumi has conducted hundreds of seminars and workshops across twenty countries, focusing on building motivated and productive global teams. He offers executive coaching, cross-cultural workshops, and leadership training tailored to meet organizational needs. Their clients include Dupont, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Airbnb. Born in Tokyo and raised in Los Angeles, Masafumi holds a degree from Keio University and an MBA from the University of Virginia - Darden Graduate School. He is also a TEDx speaker and a prolific writer on cross-cultural management. Previously, he worked at Tokai Bank (currently Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Inc.) as a corporate financing representative and a coordinator at the TG Seminar House.
